Needs Assessment

Before training, a needs assessment is conducted to identify underperforming areas within an organization, allowing for targeted training solutions.

Target Audience

This course is tailored for IT professionals seeking to become Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs). No prior training qualifications are required, but candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft technologies.

Instructional Skills Certification (ISC) for MCTs

Recognized by Microsoft as a prerequisite for MCT certification, the ISC course prepares participants to deliver technical and non-technical content effectively. It incorporates theoretical learning, practical exercises, peer reviews, and feedback from experienced MCT professionals.

Prerequisites

• No prerequisites for the instructional skills component
• Candidates must complete their technical certifications per Microsoft’s guidelines before enrolling

Assessment and Certification

• Certified instructors gain authorization to teach Microsoft Official Courseware
• Training includes instructional design, skill development, teaching methodology, and training efficiency maximization
• Standardized assessment criteria evaluate presentation skills, emphasizing effectiveness over technical accuracy

ISC classes are held quarterly with a minimum of four candidates per session. Additional classes are arranged based on demand.
